The SCRAMBLER QD variant attaches via LH 1-16 Acme thread with a 20 degree taper ensuring a tight seal between silencer and muzzle device. Its titanium construction, subjected to a specialized heat treatment, allows for a higher firing rate compared to other silencers, without compromising durability.
Compared to other models, the SCRAMBLER's straightforward internal structure significantly reduces the need for frequent cleaning. This design minimizes the risk of clogging and potential silencer failure, ensuring long-lasting performance with minimal upkeep.
Keep your SCRAMBLER in top condition with their straightforward maintenance protocol. Initially weigh your suppressor (average 6.2 oz.), and after every 8-10k rounds, check if it has gained an ounce or more. If so, simply soak in a 50% Simple Green and 50% water solution overnight, or use a sonic bath for 15 minutes with the same solution. Ensure to fire 5-10 rounds before use to clear any residue.
