Pre-owned in very good condition. Shows wear on a couple of edges. 2004ish time frame ARMS #35 QD base with Medium height 30mm rings. The #35 base with medium height rings is the equivalent height of #22 High rings (roughly 1.5") The spacing of the rings is adjustable. Older "wingless" logo on the base and #35med risers. Like most ARMS ring caps, the top half of the rings have the wing logo
