Returns Policy
2AF wants to make sure you get what you order from us the way you want it. If there is a factory DEFECT or we made an error fulfilling anything you ordered, we will EXCHANGE it for the same or equal priced alternative of your choice with no cost to you. If an exchanged item you choose is of greater value, you will be responsible only for the difference in cost. We will pay for all shipping charges on EXCHANGED items due to defect or our error.
If you would like to make an EXCHANGE of an order that was an error on your part, we will pay for the return shipping of your item, but you will be responsible for shipping charges back to you.
If you would simply like to RETURN an order or item which is not an error on our part or defective for a REFUND, we will refund 100% of the cost of the item(s), but we can't refund the shipping cost we paid to get it to you, and you will be responsible for paying to have it shipped back.
All return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery. Any non-defective items being returned for exchange or refund must be in new, unused and original packaged condition. Please note that we will refer to the manufacturer's guidelines in reference to issues with finish and cosmetic condition.
Sale items and custom orders are not available for return or refund.
