How do I zero my new optic?

Zeroing your optic ensures your point of aim matches your point of impact at a specific distance.

Start by mounting your optic securely and setting it to its highest magnification (for variable power scopes).

Begin at a close range, typically 25-50 yards, and fire a group of 3-5 shots.

Adjust your optic according to the manufacturer's instructions to move the point of impact to your desired point of aim.

Repeat this process until your group is centered. Once achieved, confirm your zero at longer distances, typically 100 yards for rifles.

Remember that different ammunition may impact at slightly different points, so zero with the ammo you plan to use most often.

Always refer to your optic's manual for specific zeroing instructions.
